Since there is an obvious problem to our next year's drafting structure - I am deciding to take action and change the rules for the seasons to come. Right now, your next years draft order is simply determined by the final standings. Now, here it is how it will work:
-The team that finishes last will DECIDE WHERE they draft
-The team who finishes 13th will decide where they draft next, and this continues respectively through 9th place
-There will be a consolation playoff for people who finish 5th-8th. The winner of the consolation playoff will then decide next in the order. Therefore, essentially 5th place will pick where they draft after the 9th place picks. 6th Place will be after them, and so on. This gives the "loser playoff" bracket something to play for so that people aren't throwing games.
-People who finish 1-4th will not change either - they get the last choices respectively after the 5th-8th place teams decide where to draft. People here shouldn't be throwing games because they are still playing for money.
This is the best way I see to do it. It will suck the most to be 4th place.
See ya when I see ya.
